Late march 2015, still married and still on track.
We have had a busy month with the brickwork going up & now complete , we can see space & rooms forming ,we are getting a good visualisation of the final design. My mind is busy with colours, artwork, fabrics, blinds and all the other decorating inspirations .. ( The Block ) !!
We had a trip to the city to research Kitchens , were inspired by a visit to the Smeg kitchen appliance selection centre .They were so helpful and have booked me in for a appliance aftercare class..???
We also have made selections for our tapware ( Rochelle @ Reece Bunbury ) was fantastic & made it so easy !
Jarrah was our final decision on the flooring throughout , Bruce is a big fan & we have had it in all 3 previous homes, its just beautiful and ages well.
I made a couple of changes in the bathrooms , adding a recess in both showers and a timber seat in the ensuite . ( thinking of the future as we become seniors )
We also purchased a lovely outdoor lounge for the deck. Thanks to the End of summer sales !
We have also received an ETM Estimated time of moving ( late August ) so this has got us motivated on getting Latour Street ready for sale ...
Every weekend we are ticking off the little jobs here.
Bruce is working over overtime at work & at home , from being a number one sparkie on the new place , chippie / painter / gardener / project manager
and decision maker number 2 ....
He is amazing !!
