Hi, my name is Leah ,  together with my husband Bruce, we live in Australind on the south coast of  Western Australia . We love the lifestyle that the area offers us, the Leschenault  Estuary is a 2 minute walk , the boat ramp is close by , the schools have been great for our children , sporting faculties are plentiful.  Supermarket & local coffee shop also close and only a  5 min walk .

All of this suits us & it was an easy decision to stay & build in the area again.

 

This house we are building now is our fourth project together.

 

When we were in our 20s we bought a federation weatherboard home in a nearby city, we spent seven years renovating and starting our family.

After basically growing out of the home we built a 5 bedroom brick home on an acre North of  Australind , this was our home for the next eight years before selling up and moving into the town of Australind, where we are now.

 

We renovated this home from a small 2 bedroom one bathroom to now 4 bedroom   2 bathroom , all while living in the back shed with 2 children , a teenager & a dog. Memorable times !!
