Feb 2015 Upper slab pour

We are into the second week of Feb, and things have been progressing smoothly and Drama free.

Last week I went into see the lovely Ali @ tiles plus , together we made some great choices for the bathrooms , Im really excited to see them and very happy with the decisions we made.

Ali has great knowledge and understands that my style is a little different .

The second slab pour was completed on Wednesday , I missed being there , as I left for work there was lots of action , photo opportunity missed ( dam that work thing )

The exposed aggregate colour needed to be selected and we have gone with a colour called Binninup , warm browns with a hint of pink tones , Keen to see how that polishes up.

Made a quick trip to Perth to look at kitchen appliances and furniture, visited some great showrooms , Smeg products are ticking all the boxes and in our price range too.

A couple of nights this week, due to recent but not too close fires, we had some great sunsets. Only another 8 months & we will be enjoying them in a comfy chair on the deck.
