Plans Off to Shire

Things are moving but very slowly, We have power to the block and our plans have been submitted to shire . There is a small anticipated problem with our balcony , but fingers crossed the shire agree & approves it.

Our builder Simon now expects start time late October 14. This hold up actually suits us with the preparation for the sale of Latour Street House . Hopefully the market will have improved & the Spring time Sep 2015 bring cashed up buyers our way .

So we excitedly await the next progress…………
