Waiting Waiting

Well its been 4 weeks since signing the contract with our builder Simon and we wait patiently for the bank to value things & give the go ahead . Everything is paused ,

All the important choices and decisions have been finalised and, Im bored.. but excited at the same time , Simon has given a build time of 52 weeks, so I am picturing us all next Christmas, sipping bubbly on our balcony watching the sun set over the estuary .. Im holding onto that vision to power though the challenges that lay ahead.

I have kept myself busy scanning magazines, seeking out the latest in flooring, window treatments, lighting and what’s hot right now , and will it still be in 10 years time ?? This shall keep me amused for the next few months while we wait & wait for progress.
