The Beginning
As i sit here , with no idea how to write a blog, I’m guessing the best tactic is to start at the beginning and muddle my way through it . So here goes ...
My husband and I have 3 grown , amazing , beautiful children , who are flying the nest.
So to distract me especially, from suffering badly from the empty nest syndrome , we have decided to plunge ourselves deep into the designing & building our 4th home.
One day after my husband took a walk around the block he noticed a for sale sign on an elevated block of land offering estuary views. The decision was swiftly made and with some juggling we purchased the land . That was nearly 3 years ago.
While spending the past two years concentrating on traveling a little and ticking off some bucket list destinations it soon become time to put our heads together , sketch up some ideas and make a list of what our priorities were in a home .
